1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing karocharge websites, apps, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. Hosts must have lawful authority to offer the charger location they list.
3. Platform Role
karocharge provides a marketplace connecting EV drivers with private charger hosts. We are not the owner of listed chargers and do not guarantee availability at all times.
4. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
5. Bookings & Payments
Drivers agree to pay for completed sessions according to displayed pricing. Hosts agree to honour confirmed bookings and provide access during the booked window. Payments are processed through our approved payment partners.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund rules are shown at booking time and may vary by session type. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees as disclosed in the app.
7. Host Responsibilities
Hosts must provide accurate charger details, maintain safe equipment, and comply with local regulations. Misleading listings or unsafe conditions may result in suspension.
8. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers must use chargers responsibly, follow host instructions, and vacate the space after the session unless otherwise agreed.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, harass other users, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, karocharge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or third-party chargers.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
